Lesbians Incorporated is a not-for-profit organisation in Australia that advocates for lesbians. Since 2000, Lesbians Inc has provided financial backing to lesbians and lesbian-friendly groups in Australia through its community grants program. Lesbians Inc supports those who identify as women, wom*n, male to female transgender or trans*, or non-binary, all are welcome. Lesbians Inc is inclusive of lesbians, dykes, gays, bisexual, queer, asexual and acknowledges that we may move between these.
For our First round of grants in 2025 we will be offering the opportunity to apply for up to $10,000 in community Grants. The Expression of Interest form will need to be filled out and accepted by LInc to apply for the $10,000.
Please complete this form to introduce your program/ project that needs the money to support Australian LGBTQI+ Communities.
EOI’s to be returned - submitted through Submittable by Feb 16th, 2025
LInc will respond to EOI’s by March 14th, 2025 - if your grant is successfully selected you will be sent an Application Form to apply.
These submitted EOI applications for the $10,000 grant will be due though Submittable by April 7th, 2025.
The Application process will be longer for these larger grants, Linc aims to complete review process of applications & announce recipients by May 21st, 2025
The timing for paying out the money is estimated to be paid out to recipients by June 30, 2025
When applying though the EOI please keep these dates in mind for projects that will need funds towards the end of the year or for development in 2026.
